The Ferrari Monza SP2 is the first special and limited edition car (together with the Monza SP1) of Ferrari's "Icona" project, aimed at creating special cars inspired by the great models of the past.
Derived from the 812 Superfast, the two Monzas are inspired by the 750 and 860 Monzas of the 1950s so a "barchetta" design was adopted. The engine is the same 6.5-liter V12 of the Superfast but with 10 more hp (810 in total). The Monza is also around 150 kg lighter than the 812 Superfast.
