We all love the idea of an emulation device that can play everything, but do we actually need it to?
Why do we spend so much time setting up every single system, downloading thousands of games and tweaking perfect frontends, only to barely play most of them? I’ve got every SNES game ever made on my Retroid Pocket 5… but I haven’t played a single one.
🎮 What’s in this video?
✅ Why do we hoard thousands of ROMs?
✅ The paradox of choice - too many games, too little playtime!
✅ The pressure to "fully configure" a new handheld
✅ Does having FEWER games actually make for a BETTER experience?
I’d love to hear your thoughts in a comment! Do you meticulously set up everything, or do you just jump in and play?
