GREAT JOB! Don’t Throw Away Scrap – Turn Them Into a Beautiful Pillowcase
I used my scraps of fabric, cutting them into small 4 cm strips. I used a lining fabric measuring 17 x 47 cm (6 3/4 x 18.5 inches) and sewed them symmetrically on both sides.
I sewed three such large pieces and then joined them together to create a 45 x 45 cm (17 3/4 x 17 3/4) pillowcase. Then I sewed it inside out with the lining, which already had a zipper sewn on.
In this video, I show you how to sew a zipper in just two quick and easy steps, saving time and effort. Even beginners can sew it.
You can make pillowcases, blankets, bed sheets, rugs, etc., using natural colors and recycling scraps into useful items. Creating recycled products helps protect the environment, and you can sell them to generate extra income.
