Incredible dinner experience at EL CELLER DE CAN ROCA - 22 courses

On December 1st 2018 we reserved a table at El Celler de Can Roca, one of the best restaurants in the world. 11 months of waiting passed by before we could enjoy a spectacular 3 hour dinner experience with 22 courses in Girona.

In 2009 El Celler the Can Roca received the third Michelin star and was named the world's best restaurant 2013 and 2015.

El Celler de Can Roca was opened in 1986 by Joan and Josep Roca in Girona, Catalonia, Spain. They where joined by their brother Jordi in 1997. Together they created one of the world's finest dining experiences with local Catalan cuisine based on the food they grew up with in their parent's restaurant, Can Roca. Just 200 meters away from their son's restaurant, the Roca parents still run a typical Catalan bar with a daily lunch menu.

We visited both restaurants during our Girona trip and had a wonderful time.
