Reasons I'd stop reading a sub as a Lit Agency Intern (in 2018) [CC] | How to Get a Literary Agent

i've read a good amount of queries and submissions as an intern at a literary agency and a mentor in writing programs, so I thought I'd do a video on why I'd stop reading when I was a slush reader. Please note I mostly read submissions for Middle Grade and Young Adult (and when I was an editor I only worked with MG/YA as well)
