Hello my Friends,
This time we wanted to try comercial gym in Helsinki. How and What people experience as a first timer in a gym is something adventurous. Different rules, setting, holds, crash pads, grades etc. Therefore I would like to share my experience how it was with you with a little bit more info about it. For me the gym Kalasatama was really a great choice and lovely gym for us in many ways. There are ups and downs everywhere but in total i would come again soon!
