There's no better time to start a reset than right now! This year I'm avoiding the trap of not doing a reset because I missed an imaginary deadline I set for myself by making my new year overhaul a month long activity. I'm going to use this time to get back on a routine, get organized, set my goals for this year, and kick 2026 off on the right foot.
