Overreaching is short-term overtraining designed to push your body past its potential to recover. At the end of the short training block, there is a designed rest period to take you out of that recovery hole and see massive gains in size and strength.
This is a short-term program (4 weeks) running from November 29th - December 24th. The 6-day Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull/Legs training split is very intense. The training days are set up with an AM and a PM session. Each session lasts for about an hour. This is NOT a beginner-friendly program and you must be committed to your recovery if you want to see success.
