In this video I show my technique for classic oil painting with grisaille and glazes. I do NOT use solvents, only classic oil paints and Graham Alkyd Walnut Oil.
This is a stress-free technique for oil painting as sessions can be interrupted at virtually any time. For this purpose, I pre-mix the shades of gray for the grisaille and fill them into tubes.
For this demonstration I mainly use the following paints from Blockx, Old Holland, Gamblin and Talens Rembrand:
Titanuim White
Flake White Replacement (Gamblin)
Neutral Tint
Ultramarine Blue
Burned Umber
Raw Sienna
Rose Lake
Cadmium Orange
Naples Yellow Deep
