Hands of Compassion Rwanda (HACORWA) is a Rwandan Local Non-Profit Organization (NGO) with Legal Operational No915/RGB/NGO/OC/06/2021 Certificate Personality No. 945/RGB/NGO/LP/11/2023. As a background, HACORWA initially started as Hands of Compassion Foundation in 2016 supporting vulnerable women and children in Kagarama Sector, Kicukiro District. The Foundation was known as IBIGANZABYIMPUHWE. The main purpose of it was to provide medical insurance to vulnerable people and school materials to children. Its work was done through visiting hospitals and Health Center, provide foods and Hygiene materials to sick people especially children with disabilities.
