Incredible Color. Incredible Taste. This Smoked Chicken Was A Winner.

Smoked Chicken is one of those great summer dishes that can be made on a variety of cookers. For these chicken halves I chose the Weber Kettle and added some Cherry Wood to bring in that smoke flavor. Add in a delicious rub and the perfect glaze and the results were all that I could have hoped for.
