I’ve seen a few comments from people who are a bit unsure about Reiki and what it actually is, so I thought I’d briefly explain it ^^ It’s not a religious practice. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It’s more like a gentle way to relax and get back in tune with your body and your emotions. Reiki itself doesn’t have literal healing properties like medicine, but the feeling it provides can genuinely help in really clear ways. People barely find time to relax these days, and many don’t realize how much stress and anxiety can affect both physical and mental health... but guys, regulating stress is so, sooo important, I really can’t emphasize that enough.
