Here’s my 3 current favorites. Please share yours!
1.) I use a timer whenever I need to remember something at a specific time, such as leave for an appointment.
2.) I write reminders on my hand because I will definitely see it and definitely not lose it :).
3.) I use my map app almost everywhere I go. It will let me know when my turn is coming up so that I won’t miss my turn. This relieves a lot of stress and enables me to relax more while driving.
