Art Naji is a traditional family-run pottery store, where the art of creating Fes’s iconic blue-painted pottery has been carefully passed down in the Fakhari family from father to son. This is one of the rare places in Fes where pottery and zellij tile mosaics are all lovingly handcrafted. From shaping the soft clay to painting the fired pieces and assembling every tiny piece in the mosaic, every step in the production of ceramics is done by hand.
