Flat circle 0:39
Round 1
Make a magic ring
Elongate the loop, and make dc
continue make 13 dc into the magic ring
Pull the yarn tail to close up the hole
Slip stitch
(After the Sl St, you should have 13 stitches total)

Round 2
Chain 2
Make 2 DC into each stitch (26 dc total around)
Slip stitch

Round 3
Chain 2
Make 1, 2, 1, 2, DC around (39 dc total around)
Slip stitch

Row 1- 5 5:29
Chain 2
Make 1 DC into each stitch around 39x
Slip stitch
( on the row no 5, cut and secure the yarn )

Row 6 ( Tulip leaves ) 7:40
Make a slip knot with the green yarn
attach the green yarn
Make 1 DC
chain 2
make 1 DC again into the same stitch
Skip 2 stitch
Make 1 DC, Chain 2, 1 DC
( Repeat the process all over again )
1DC CH2 1DC SKIP 2 STH
Slip stitch into the 1st DC
Cut and secure the Yarn
