Autistic children tend to engage in repetitive habits, like hand flapping, spinning, etc., in an attempt to communicate with others. Most people with autism have delayed speech and often misinterpret non-verbal signals such as facial expressions; and are hence unable to form or retain relationships.
Children with autism are usually treated (autism ka ilaj) by adopting a mixed-method approach like behavior therapy, medication, visual support, and family support.
