Inside a ‘sprung structure’ used to house the homeless

Ottawa’s plan to build tent-like housing facilities for asylum seekers called ‘sprung structures’ has some people worried about neighbourhood safety and the dignity of those living within such spaces. But some cities have been using similar structures for years. We got a tour of one in Toronto.
