Slovenia’s ever-changing exceptional landscapes are the perfect setting for our inventive gastronomic wine journey, which will take us from the western micro climate Goriška Brda over the Karst plains and Vipava valley to the eastern hills of Jeruzalem.
Slovenia might not be the first country you think about regarding the term "wine country" but there exists a growing and exciting wine culture, which wine lovers will find very intriguing. Next to a number of indigenous varieties such as Teran, Zelen and Pinela, Slovenia is one of the very few places in the world that produces orange wine. We will try them while listening to fascinating boutique winemakers explaining their craft. We will sample Slovenia’s hospitality accompanied by wine as a sparkling golden and red line.
