According to the National Medical Council regulations, it would cost Rs 320 crore to build a medical college with 420 beds. But the cost for each college was increased from Rs 500 crore to Rs 600 crore and administratively approved. That is, if the estimated cost is increased from Rs 320 crore to Rs 500 crore, the increased amount is collected in advance in the form of commission. If it is increased to Rs 600 crore, the commission will be even higher. Jagan has been spreading false propaganda on this for the past few days, saying that if the work is done through PPP mode, his commission affair will be exposed.
