The Kiel Canal is a waterway between the northsea and the baltic sea. It is mostly frequented by container feeders, small tankers, like the "Sydstraum" and many general cargo vessels. Cruiseships also appear on the Canal on a regular bases and sometimes draw small crowds at its banks. The "Amadea" is one of those.
