In this final episode of my solo journey, I complete the transformation of an ancient, hollow tree into a fully functional, hidden sanctuary. This has been the most challenging and rewarding project I have ever undertaken at WildBuild.

After weeks of clearing debris and engineering the structure, it’s time for the finishing touches. Watch as I craft the final door, secure the interior, and light the first fire in my new forest home. There is no feeling quite like spending the first night inside a structure that was provided by nature and finished by hand.

In this final chapter (Part 4/4):

The Custom Door: Precision-fitting a hand-carved door to seal the sanctuary.

Interior Finishing: Making the small space cozy and functional for survival.


The First Night: Experience the peace and sounds of the forest from inside my hidden shelter.
