The Mopar JK-8 kit includes a spacious 44-inch by 50-inch steel truck bed, inner and outer steel bedside body panels, JK-8 badging and a removable Hard Top with Freedom Panel assemblies. Additionally, the Jeep also has a Mopar "stage 1" suspension kit with performance shocks, 17" Aluminum JK Wheels with 35" Dunlop Fierce tires and a Precision spray in bed liner. While Jeep has been making compact off road vehicles since the WWII era, the Wrangler name was first used on a CJ-7 replacement in 1986. With body on frame construction, live front and rear axles and removable top, the new Wrangler was just as much a Jeep as the earlier CJ-7. The JK generation was introduced in 2007 and was only just replaced this past year. The JK was an instant success with hardcore Jeep fans and simple commuters alike. It still offered the same removable doors and top, and foldable windshield as the earlier models.
