Tomato - 2 medium (finely chopped)
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 tsp
Salt - 1.25 tsp or to taste
Capsicum - 1 small (chopped)
Paneer - 200 gm
Coriander Leaves

For Kulcha :
Kulcha
Butter
Sauces (any , I have used Tomato Ketchup and mayonnaise)
Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
Mint mayonnaise and Tomato ketchup For serving (optional)
