An outlaw gang is stealing horses and The Rough Riders U.S. Marshals are sent to investigate. But horses are not the only thing being stolen. This is another Great Rough Riders series movie with lots of undercover intrigue and action. Along lithesome of the best bad guy heavies in the westerns.
