Hi, I’m Tanya — and I’m really glad you’re here.

You’re doing your best… but your body feels tired, overwhelmed, maybe even unfamiliar.
For a long time, I thought something was wrong with me.
I thought I needed more discipline, more motivation, more answers.
What I’ve learned is this:
Most women don’t need another plan — they need support.
They need their nervous system to feel safe again.
They need permission to slow down, listen, and stop fighting their own body.
This channel is a space for women in midlife who are ready to stop pushing and start paying attention.
We talk about calming the body, supporting hormones and stress, restoring energy, and learning how to trust yourself again — naturally.
My faith is gently woven into everything I share, because I believe healing doesn’t come from striving… it comes from alignment, grace, and wisdom in this season.
You’re not broken.
You’re not behind.
And you don’t need to hold it all together here.
