This video starts by looking at the serial number stamped into my Butler shaper. Can anyone work out the year of manufacture from the serial number? I then look at how to set the Length of Stroke on my Butler shaper. I have not found any manuals that tell me how to do this. Most likely, it is so easy that no one bothers to talk about it.
