About 1 1/2 lbs of Okra
1 lbs of pre-cooked beef meat
1 1/2 cups of palm oil
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 eggplant
2 onions
1 cup of chopped green onions
About 8 habanero peppers
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon (fish powder, shrimp powder)
Salt and knorr chicken bouillon to taste
