officers were dispatched to Target in response to an ongoing shoplifting incident while en route. The officers were informed that the female suspect had already concealed items in a container. The loss prevention officer recognized the suspect from a previous incident at a different target in another state. Upon arrival, the officers waited for the suspect to pass all points of sale before taking further action.
