This 60 minute full body kettlebell workout is intense and focuses on pure cardio. It's day 18 of the Kettlebell Shred Challenge and this workout is intense, and by completing it you will taking your training to new heights!
This workout is a full body kettlebell circuit and each exercise is to done in 90 seconds, a bigger leap from the previous workouts in this challenge! Each round is 15 minutes long and we are doing 3 in total.
