Hello viewers, in this video you will come to know in detail all the important useful informations about the Maa Vaishno Devi Yatra. This Yatra basically starts from Katra town. So you have to come to Katra of Jammu to start the Yatra. You can start your Yatra at any time of the day or in the night. The Darshan of Maa is open for 24 hours except 6/6.30 to 8/8.30 of every day in the morning and evening, when the door of the temple remains closed for Aarti. Try to avoid to visit the temple in these hours as you have to stand in a long queue as the temple door closes for almost two hours and devotees keep on coming and wait for opening of the door which extends the length of the queue. To reach the temple atop the hill you have to cover a distance of 13 kms in one way from Katra and you can complete it on foot or you can hire a horse, Palanquin or you can book a helicopter ride which takes almost 8-10 mins to drop you at the top of the hill.
