Basic storyline: Hetty notifies the team that Kensi's been shot, and Deeks blames himself for it as he wasn't there to protect her. All of them begin to reflect on the memories with her - and they all blame themselves for it. They start investigating her supposed death, only to run into various roadblocks along the way - including Kensi herself sitting at her desk. Turns out her shooting was all a part of a undercover operation that only herself, Renko and Hetty were a part of.

Memories are in black and white, while the sepia colored frames are what Kensi has gone through with Renko.
