I purchased this Automag off ebay a couple years back. I was attracted to the unique cuts which I have since tried to identify and failed. The All American barrel is matched to the rail and trigger.
The valve has significant cuts for the 8 hole mod. I don't point it out in this video but the air passage on the top of the valve running horizontal may have also been enlarged. Not quite as drastic as on the Boston Paintball Automag I have but the same type of internal mod.
I don't think this was cut by Carter Machine. Along with this I purchased a classic Automag with BBT sandblasted on the body. Renick Miller thought the BBT Mag may have been stolen but didn't recognize this mag.
