in this video I share with you a few clips I was able to get at the Gymshark pop up this weekend in Toronto. This was honestly one of the best days of my entire life.. I've been following these ladies since the beginning of their journeys and they are the ones who inspired me to begin my own fitness journey a year ago.. since discovering Whitney, Meggan and Nikki I have learned so much not only in regards to fitness and health but life in general and about being kind and being positive.. This day changed my life and I am forever grateful for having the opportunity to let these women know how much I truly love them and appreciate everything they do for their followers !
