This is a film I made using the sounds of a Crossfit Gym to make music, after long sessions, bringing the recording gear to the gym and recording one by one all the pieces of the workout, I made the beat by assigning those sounds to a sampler and then creating a new piece of music using only the sounds of Crossfit for the Rhythm.The Synth Sounds are also born from sine waves from these recordings. In this film Im also portraying the story of a dedicated athlete that can't afford to just train for a living but rather has to juggle between, family, work and fitness.
