✅ 10 Min Jog | 1 Minute Rest
✅100 Yard dash | 4 Sets | 30 Sec Rest E/ Set
✅Shadow Box | 2 Minutes Straight
✅ Stationary Lunges | 10 Reps - 4 Sets | 10 Seconds Rest
✅ Resistance Lunges | 10 Reps - 4 Sets | 10 Seconds rest
✅ Weighted Push-Ups | 10 Reps - 4 Sets | 10 Seconds rest
✅Seated Prayer Pose | 5 minutes
✅Jumping Squats | 10 Reps - 4 Sets | 10 Seconds rest
