👗 1. Fabric Selection
• Use soft cotton ya mul fabric – comfortable for kids.
• Total fabric needed approx 1 meter.

✂️ 2. Yoke Cutting (Heart Shape)
• Ek red ya contrast fabric lein aur heart shape draw karke cut karein.
• Is heart yoke ko pink frock ke center front pe place karenge.
• Border finishing ke liye piping ya topstitch karein.

👚 3. Main Frock Body
• Front & back panel ko straight gather style mein cut karein.
• Chest se 2x width rakhein taaki gathers acche banein.
• Upper edge pe elastic stitch karein neckline ke liye.

🪡 4. Cold Shoulder Puff Sleeves
• Puff sleeves ka basic shape cut karein.
• Shoulder part ko chhodte hue elastic band lagayein dono ends pe.
• Sleeves ke upar thin fabric string attach karein taaki shoulders pe tie knot ho sake.

🧵 5. Stitching Assembly
• Heart yoke ko front center pe stitch karein.
• Front-back gathered parts ko join karein side seams se.
• Sleeves attach karein armhole pe.
• Bottom hemline pe double fold karke neat finish dein.
