I installed the Race Tech Fork Gold Valves with the Soft option and I went with 330ml of oil instead of 340ml recommended. The forks were extremely Plush over the small bumps and soaked up the big jumps also. I left in the stock fork springs which are .47Kg and are pretty stiff for me at 150Lb. The combination of the soft Gold Valves and the stiff fork springs worked Awesome together!!! I also changed the shock spring to a softer Race Tech 5.2Kg from the stock 5.4Kg. I highly recommend this setup for anybody on the lighter side.
