in this Siemens s7 analog input output tutorial, which is an analog input output programming example i investigate the analog output module. so this lesson is also a tutorial analog signal programming or analog input output signals or analog input output sample related to handling 0 to 10 analog signals
or programming analog devices or processing and scaling analog signals. The whole idea of the lesson is to write a function by which to measure the level of a substance by using plc analog input and signals using analog input4-20ma of an analog device. i generated the test program as a tia portal simple program using tia portal plc sim to measure output analog signal using a digital voltmeter. The lesson is good on these topics: how to use scale function, how to use scale instruction, how to write a function in plc and how to use out range instruction in plc.
