Hi guys! In today's video I take you through my final collegiate field hockey preseason at York College. I go to a D3 school and have a ten day preseason starting Friday August 16th until Monday August 26th. It is a pretty intense preseason with four sessions a day with the first session starting at 6am and the last session ending at 8pm. HOPE Y'ALL ENJOY IT :)
