Tierlists & Powerlevels | An Intro to cEDH

Hello Planeswalkers,

in the last few weeks I came across a bunch of videos from different content creators that featured Urza. Unfortunately, I noticed that some of the Urza lists shown were very suboptimal. Some of the members of the Urza Discord Server actually reached out to the content creators to explain and discuss why we thought their lists were suboptimal and how to improve them, but mostly to no avail. One answer from the pilot of a very underpowered list really baffled me: „In my opinion it’s cEDH.“ So I thought to myself what even is cEDH? What is a cEDH viable commander? What is a cEDH viable strategy? What are cEDH viable cards? Are commander tier lists actually useful and what - if anything - can we learn from them? 
In today video I will try to answer these questions, sort my thoughts on the matter and hopefully help you understand my perspective on cEDH.
