Smoked Chuck Roast For Pulled BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Chuck Roast is an amazing cut of beef to smoke, and is perfect for BBQ Beef Sandwiches. In this video I fire up the Pit Barrel Cooker and smoke a trio of Chuck Roasts after giving them a great rub. The results are some of the best pulled beef I’ve ever made.
