The Sovereign Military Order of Malta and the Principality of Andorra have decided to establish diplomatic relations in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961.
This important step aims to promote joint initiatives in third countries in the field of international development cooperation and humanitarian aid, to contribute effectively and in a coordinated way to the well-being of the most vulnerable populations.
