Today at Camp Butmir, we bid a heartfelt farewell to the Greek soldiers who completed their mission with the EUFOR Althea Multinational Battalion in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In the presence of COM EUFOR, Major General Florin Marian Barbu; DCOM EUFOR, Brigadier General Uberto Incisa di Camerana; COS EUFOR, Brigadier General Tibor Szabó; and the Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mrs. Ioanna Efthymiadou, those who went above and beyond received well-deserved certificates of appreciation.
Their discipline, dedication, and teamwork made a lasting impact on our mission and strengthened international cooperation. We’re grateful for their service, their camaraderie, and for being part of the EUFOR family.
