Junk journal kit “Denim”

The kit contains a handmade trifold cover and all the papers and materials I have used to create the “Denim” journal.

The trifold fabric cover is folded approximately 25 x 17 (9,5 x 6.7 inch)
The outside cover is crochet lace fabric with a denim pocket, embellished with a denim, burlap trim, vintage Mother of pearl buttons, a brass metal nameplate and brass metal embellishments hand stitched with embroidery floss. It closes with a brass metal hand charm and burlap twine that has vintage Mother of pearl buttons strung on it and wraps around the journal. Denim fabric on the inside cover with crochet lace and a large coffee dyed and stencilled envelope that creates large pocket on the inside of the back cover. As embellishment a bronze metal safety pin with a mixed media cluster.


The kit allows you to arrange the pages as you wish and even add your own papers, create belly band and pockets.

The kit is carefully curated to match the Denim and lace look and colors of the cover and contains over 125 items such as:

If you want to sew in the signatures with the blind binding method, I also included:
a piece of denim backed with cardstock and marks for the holes
a corresponding template to pierce the holes in the signatures.
