紅玉，Ruby，台茶18號。紅玉因四季氣候變化，不同時節所產的茶葉製作出來的味道都會不同，可說是相當有個性的一種茶。一般來說以薄荷、肉桂、焦糖香味常見於紅玉，奉茗堂所產的紅玉還帶有種特別的蜜果香，甘醇滋味潤澤喉韻，有別於一般紅玉收斂性過強之特點，走甜水蜜香路線的一款紅茶。
