Naan Barbari - Soft naan Afghani - نان بربری

Barbari naan is a type of Iranian and Afghan flatbread. It is usually thick, soft and fluffy. In Afghanistan it is called naan panjakash. You can easily make nan e barbari at home by following the instructions in the video. Enjoy!

4 1/4 cups Plain unbleached flour آرد سفید
1 tbsp Yeast خیمر مایه
1/2 tbsp Sugar بوره
2 tsp Salt نمک
2 1/4 cups Warm water آب گرم
3 tbsp Oil روغن
Nigella seeds and sesame seeds as required دانه های سیاه دانه و کنجد

For the Glaze
1 tbsp Plain flour آرد سفید
1/2 cup Water آب
