This detour is sooo much nicer to ride than the "natural" choice E39 when riding across the island Stord on the west coast of Norway. It is actually not that many minutes you have to add to ride a superior road for motorcycles and scenery compared to E39. The traffic is only a fraction of that on the main road, and the curves of this road are simply great. Highly recommended alternative if you ride across Stord!
