Kyosho Optima Step 31 Spur Gear

Welcome to my channel and thank you for taking the time to view this video.
This is my first ever Kyosho RC car, this was made possible by Keith @RCIcons4915, a big heart felt thank you for sending me this wonderful RC car and making my dream of owning a Kyosho possible. Also is a big heart felt thank you to Addam @AddamsPlayground, Freddy @FastFreddyRC, Dirk @RCBirds and Robby @BangForYourBuckRc. All of these wonderful gentlemen helped me to finacially to make this childhood dream come true.

This is the much respected and iconic Kyosho Optima (Kit 30617). Model details include :-

4WD mechanics are condensed into a narrow open frame chassis 6061T6 aluminium bars (counter sunk)

Two drive system selections: chain drive or belt drive.

Gearbox equipped with slipper clutch for transmission protection and effective traction control.

Precision 48-pitch gear modules. Sintered alloy gears combined with high impact nylon gears and newly added slipper clutch. This durable design allows efficient power delivery and will cope with the current high power motors.

Precision 48-pitch gear modules deliver reduced drive loss. Metal rear diff case and metal gears deliver excellent durability.

Fully equipped with ball bearings as standard.

Glass mixed nylon material used in rigid double wishbone system suspension.

High Precision oil shocks 12 x 18mm stroke on the front

Large capacity rear oil shocks with 12 x 31mm stroke

Strong impact-resistant resin bumper. Includes mini bumper suitable for racing and large bumper for sports driving.

To complete the model you will need to also buy a radio system with 2 channels, ESC (Electronic Speed Controller), Motor and choice of battery pack.
