Dear Food and Music lovers,
I started a new series called Music & Tunes, in which I will cook to my favorite tunes. This time I choose Más Amor by Purple Ice. Thanks again for letting me use your song ✨
Recipe:
Paneer:
1 liter Milk
3 TBSP of lemon juice.
1. Heat up the milk (don't bring to a boil) and add the lemon juice. Stir with a wooden spoon until in separates.
2. When separated, rinse into a cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel. Press the water out and form into a nice round shape.

The sauce:
400g of Spinach
1 onion, 1 green chili, handful (or two large) tomatoes
spices: Cumin seeds, cumin powder, coriander powder, 2 TP garlic, 2 TP ginger, 2 TP Garam Masala, salt.
Adjust the sauce with water, lemon juice, and yogurt.
