Bored at home , picked some older pictures from my files for a little "how-to" on making "shoehorn-style" casting spoons from brass and copper sheet of 1,0mm to 2,0mm thickness .
The hardwood beating template does not have to made for every size of spoon , a bigger cupping will do for any smaller size of spoons as well .
